Location: Gwalior/Indore

Department: Madhubun Sales (Madhubun Educational books)
 
Job aim: The prospective candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and monthly collection targets.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • To ensure effective school visits daily to meet teachers on a regular basis to build a rapport with them to generate business.
  • To talk about the USPs of the Madhubun products with the subject teachers.
  • Timely sampling and follow up with the teachers post sampling.
  • To complete Daily Sales Report (DSR) and share the report with the direct reporting manager.
  • To maintain and report the database of key decision makers and adoption lists of schools.
  • Returns management
  • Timely submission of all bills (TA/workshop/others)
  • To meet all teachers post the workshop
  • To get the prescription of books
  • To ensure distribution of teachers support material to all users schools

Job Requirement

Essential requirements:
  • The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • The candidate should have minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sales & marketing experience in Education sector.
  • The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Regional language.
  • A self-starter, confident, excellent persuasion skills and has an appetite for sales with an excellent product knowledge across competitors. Should be presentable, dynamic, well-mannered and have a pleasant approach.
